Story

I started coaching in 2006 when I decided to leave art school after learning how my newly born nephew could become a diabetic according to statistics showing that happening to one out of every five children under the age of Five years old. The experience of those years working one on one with clients taught me so much and gave me a clearer direction of how I wanted to make an impact on the greater problems of the loss of health and connection to our bodies and minds. I launched VidaProject in 2008. This was the start of a vision in creating a community for health and wellness. That vision has grown up dramatically since then as greater understanding of human needs was explored. Today VidaProject is a multitude of things including; 

• A community for transformation

• An elite training academy for the world's best coaches and teachers

• A safe space for healing 

• And a school for learning skills that translate to all realms of life.

Now I spend most of my work time leading the amazing team of VidaPros that are just as passionate as I am.

History 

I was instilled since childhood with a passion for helping others succeed. Born to an entrepreneurial father who started his first successful business at 14 and a mother with a lineage of herbal and holistic knowledge passed down through generations, I’ve always had an interest in fitness due to my natural inclination towards physical expression. Combine that history with a curiosity of psychology and a mechanical brain, my life seems to have guided me to become an entrepreneur in the transformational space.

The methods I use to Teach/Coach create intrinsic motivation and behavioral changes that allow you to live into your potential!

Passions, Hobbies, & Interests

From reading 2-4 books a month to enrolling in courses I would say that most of my time is spent learning and researching my crafts. After that, the next highest investment of time would be my wife and children and finally, my personal hobby & interest in tech. I’m so grateful that my life allows me to find the intersection between all my passions and interests. For example, the books are read in the genres of relationships, parenting, personal development, science, and spirituality. This connects to my family, my business, and my self-growth.

Story

An entrepreneur on a mission to reform education. His journey began as a middle school teacher in the Bronx, where he experienced the inefficiencies and the limitations of education for 10 years. In that experience, a spark to reform education began. He left his career as a tenured teacher to begin the journey of building a school that reimagines education for both adults and children in the United States. Moises Santos is now the Co-Owner of a Mindset Education company called VidaProject. Driven to inspire individuals who seek to live their dream life, by expanding their mindset. With the first school for adult transformation and wellness, Moises and his partner Rances are building one of the most proven methods of creating life-lasting changes in individuals at scale.

Methods

The methods I use to Teach/Coach inspire individuals to take action. My belief when it comes to growth is failing as many times as possible with the intent to learn as much as you can. Moving forward in any direction is better than not moving forward at all.

Passions, Hobbies, & Interests

My passions are multifaceted, but all seem to connect to learning, movement, and self-expression. I love teaching and coaching people to find the best versions of themselves. This started with my love of basketball and coaching young adults to achieve great levels in this sport. I love dancing. I performed on a few dance teams professionally. Reading and listening to books. Constantly trying to learn as much as possible to be able to provide more value to the world.

Story

I’ve always had a passion for helping people. It’s what makes me feel the most alive. For the longest time, I’ve always had this idea of wanting to heal the world because I saw the great need for it, not only through my life but also from those around me. It wasn’t until I came back to VidaProject at the beginning of 2020 where I was able to finally start that journey of helping others by first undergoing my personal journey of transformation.

I have a passion for personal development because that allows me to be my best self to help others do the same. The many ways I pursue this passion are via meditation, spiritual practices, books, courses, and real-life experiences.

Story

I graduated High School in Miami, Florida in 1989; and then served in the U.S. Navy from 1990 - 2007. The bulk of my experiences revolve around serving in restaurants for more years than I care to admit to. But I love helping people reach a higher level in their own lives.

When I came to VidaProject, it was as a client, overweight and with a back injury. Working with Rances and Moises, I continuously learn so much about myself and how I want to grow. With the right type of guidance, I was able to lose weight effectively and heal my back. Their continued guidance has made me who I am in large part.

I saw the value of what VidaProject was delivering to its clients and I knew I wanted to be a part of it.

Passions, Hobbies, & Interests

I enjoy spending time with my son and learning what interests he has; sunning myself on the beach; traveling to parts unknown to me; dancing salsa in the sunset; brunching with loved ones; theme parks and roller coasters; and generally creating memories for my life.

I have always loved helping people. In every endeavor that I’ve taken part in, I did my part in helping others with a hand up. That’s why I became a Life Coach.
