PRIMAL FLOW EVALUATION (PFE)

The Primal Flow Evaluation is perfoRmed at the beginning of every session and acts as a warm-up to get the muscles ready for more intense movement exercises.

It Is also done at the end of every session (in reverse order) as a cool down to ease yourself back down into resting heart rate.

mEMORIZING THE PFE ISN'T REQUIRED BUT IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
