Each event brings a local or regional expert to the Roastd stage for a TED-style talk — followed by something most events never offer: a real conversation. Small groups, facilitated discussion, and questions that actually go somewhere.

The Lecture
A 20–30 minute TED-style presentation on the month's topic — no fluff, no filler.
Small Group Discussion
Facilitated tables. Five core questions. Your group captures what it wants the speaker to answer.
Panel Q&A
The organizer brings your questions directly to the speaker. The conversation continues as long as it needs to.
